Magoshare End User License Agreement (“EULA”)

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Magoshare, the developer of Magoshare software/service/products. By installing Magoshare Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before downloading or installing the software from Magoshare.

The software is owned by Magoshare and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions. Magoshare exclusively owns all copyrights of our products.

All of our software offers free or trial version for you. Before purchasing our software, you may have a try with the free version or trial version. If you want to upgrade to full version, you have to purchase a license code or buy the full version. User can use the license code to activate the software to full version. Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive license to use. One license code for one user. The registered our products software may not be rented or leased.

The trial version or free version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of our products free or trial version without written permission from the copyright holder.

You may not reverse engineer, recompile, and disassembly, modify, translate the software and make any attempt to discover the source code of the software. The users may not transfer, sell, re-sell, offer for sale or distribute the software. The sale of and distribution of copies of this software are strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this EULA to sell, loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of copies of the software except if it's permitted by the terms and/or conditions of a separate agreement signed by Magoshare.

OUR PRODUCTS IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Support will only be provided by email and only on the most current version. Queries regarding the installation and use of the software, updates, license code, etc should be submitted by email to support@magoshare.com.

Magoshare reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software, has the right to change the software, has the right to change the prices, without notice. Magoshare reserves all rights that are not expressly granted here.

Please read this license agreement (“EULA”) carefully before installing/using our products & service. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove our products files immediately from your computer or storage devices and cease to use our products.
